Was Chief ustice ashamed?

Just as the shock of the appointment of Morgenthaler to the Order of Canada was able to wend its way from our minds, this time his mention was in the news because of the abstain vote by Canada's Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Dr. Morgenthaler's appointment.

Was the Chief Justice, the Rt. Hon. Beverley McLachlin, too ashamed to express her true thoughts by abstaining from any commitment and potentially become judged by Canadian citizens.

Chief Justice McLachlin, like other politically influenced and those who are politicians, leave one with the impression that they are wimps too lackadaisical to stand up in their moral convictions and reject the evil objectives and avaricious ambitions of Dr. Henry Morgenthaler.

Uncertainty runs rampant in today's society but surely there is a segment of the human race left with the moral fiber of a godly conscience.

Perhaps those in our society who suffer the memory and inner taunts of a breathtaking abortion would lose fear of backlash and tell of the real experience of what Dr. Morgenthaler considers himself as a savior to women in a predicament.
