The atholville Public library will be having a super used book sale again this year from May 21 to May 23 at the Campbellton City Center Mall Wednesday from 9 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 9 pm. You will find all kinds of books for kids, young adults and adults in English and French also magazines, videos and encyclopaedias. This sale will help the library acquire new documents. Yard & home cooking sale, Saturday, May 24, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 29 Islandview Drive. All proceeds for the Flatlands United church.

The Campbellton Centennial library will hold an open house with Mega Munsch. An afternoon full with activities and funny stories on Saturday, 24 May, start time at 1:30pm. Registration is not required.
The St Thomas Aquinas CWL will be holding their Annual Yard Sale Saturday, May 24th, from 9:00am to 2:00pm in the basement of the church. Anyone wishing to donate items for the sales may bring them to the church basement on Mondays’ between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
The Campbellton Centennial library will hold “Babies in the Library” on Saturday, 31 May, 1:30pm to 2:30 pm. This event is for children aged 0 to 3 and their caregivers. Registration is not required.

St. Andrew’s United Church, Tide Head, will hold a “Spring Fling” on June 7th, 2008 from 8 am to 12 noon. There will be a sale of home cooking, planto-house, perennials and annuals, books and treasures.
The Saint Thomas aquinas Cwl will host their annual Salmon Festival Coffee Party on Wednesday, June 25th, 2008 in the basement of the church. All are most welcome!
The Escuminac Intermediate School will be holding a reunion of their past students from 1947 – 2008 on July 11 & 12, 2008. The Order of the eastern star will be hosting a Roast Pork Supper November 8th,2008 from 5-6p.m. Tickets will be available from the members.
Luncheon on november 26th. All being served from 11 am to 1 pm with takeouts available. Everyone is welcome to attend, see you there.
